During this beautifully meditative practice, students are to hold postures for 2-5 minutes. I will guide students through class offering many variations to suite the needs of the room. I teach from a functional lense and like to emphasize the unique experience of each student. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome!

Follow your Yin practice with a 45-minute meditation session. We will explore a dharma talk/theme as a community while sipping tea and sharing dialogue. This is a beginner-friendly meditation class with no more than 15 minutes of silent meditation. Typically, the meditation is guided and there is great opportunity to ask questions and share insights in these sessions.
